Ride report – Salford CC hits the Cheshire Cat, Sunday 26th March 2017.

Ride report – Salford CC hits the Cheshire Cat Sportive ride. 80 miles from Crewe via Mow Cop, Gun Hill and Wincle with feedstops at Biddulph Moor and Goostrey.

I really don’t know where to start and what to write tbh. So much fun, laughter, banter, pain, sweat and total shared achievement.
We started as a group of 10, we finished with a group of 10. We rode as a group of 10. We put many other clubs and riders to shame with a shared sense of purpose.
I’ll leave others to add their own anecdotes but all I will say was a bl**dy brilliant day out; great event, great route, great weather (if a bit cool at times and a very cheeky headwind in more places than was liked).

An absolute pleasure to ride with everyone
